This appears to be a good quality lock. Due to current extreme weather, I have not installed the lock. Hope to complete that task this coming weekend. I will edit my comments when that task is completed. Installed this lock and it works well. Bought a 2nd lock for my back door but this 2nd lock was faulty and had to be returned and replaced. The replacement lock was installed and works properly. After several months of usage I am pleased with this lock and both locks continue to function well. The six digit code and the fingerprint options work well. I have set the locks to automatically lock after 20 seconds and that function works well. Very pleased with these 2 locks.

Great product. I installed it myself. I am a handyman though. But if you are a bit careful and follow the instructions, you can do it easily. It took me 15 minutes to start locking unlocking. App control is optional, no WiFi, or personal information is asked. If you want, you can add it to a smart unlock app as IOT device. But I rather not. Also, it is chic. Well, it is 5 star for me.

Only odd thing is it requires a 6 digit password. The installation instructions were very easy to read. The lock automatically cycled through some paces and determined the settings for locked and unlocked. Has pleasant sounding voice. Has a feature I haven’t decided if I like yet. A few moments after you unlock the dead bolt it automatically locks itself. The administrator can toggle the feature on or off.The administrator can also add or delete additional user passwords. I would recommend this deadbolt to anyone. P.S. The door will need handle to pull the the door closed, if you install it like I did. (I substituted it for the pre-existing door knob)
